On October 23rd, the second employee representative conference and party member conference of Qingtao Energy was grandly held in Kunshan. Comrade Li Zheng, General Manager and Party Organization Leader of the company, delivered a work report titled "Seizing Opportunities, Maintaining Vitality, Promoting Industry, and Achieving Career" to the conference. He systematically summarized the work and achievements of Qingtao Energy in the past year, analyzed in depth the opportunities and challenges currently faced by Qingtao Energy, and put forward requirements for future work.

Li Zheng emphasized that Qingtao Energy should focus its work on power batteries, recognize the difficulties and challenges of supporting the automotive industry, and aim to meet the requirements of automotive companies. It should strengthen its project management, supply chain management, and cost control capabilities, enhance its manufacturing and quality management capabilities, and have the determination and will to "never give up until it is broken".

Vice Director Wang Chao of Kunshan Development Zone fully affirmed the party building and labor union work of Qingtao Energy in his speech, hoping that Qingtao Energy will continue to polish the party building brand, improve ideological awareness, play an organizational role, and stimulate pioneering forces, and further lead the industrial upgrading of Kunshan Development Zone through technological innovation and breakthroughs.
The conference read out the reply of the "Two New" organization party committee of Kunshan Development Zone on agreeing to upgrade the Qingtao Energy party branch to the party general branch, and the first party general branch committee was elected through differential election. Comrade Zhang Chao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the "Two New" Organizations in Kunshan Development Zone, personally awarded the flag to the General Party Branch of Qingtao Energy. Comrade Li Zheng awarded flags to the first, second, third, and fourth party branches of Qingtao Energy. The establishment of the Party General Branch and four Party branches of Qingtao Energy marks a new stage of development for the Party building work and enterprise operation of Qingtao Energy.
At the meeting, all employee representatives reviewed the union work report and revised employee handbook and attendance management regulations, and elected the second union committee of Qingtao Energy. Comrade Wang Minghui, the supervisor and new union chairman of Qingtao Energy, made a statement.
